摘要
目的探讨重症颅脑损伤患者经过手术治疗的方法和疗效。方法现我院选择了2008年2月至2012年2月61例行重度颅脑损伤手术治疗患者的资料进行回顾性研究,总结手术综合疗法治疗重度颅脑损伤具体方法,分析其治疗效果。结果手术采用去骨瓣减压术,颅内血肿清除术,气管切开术。术后临床治愈35例,占57.4%;残疾14例,占22.9%。植物状态4例,占6.7%;病死8例,占13.1%。结论临床中对于重症颅脑损伤患者,经过手术综合治疗可以取得满意的疗效,可以改善患者预后的生活质量,值得在临床中推广应用。
Objective To study the severe head injury patients after surgery to treatment and curative effect.Methods Now our choice in February 2008-February 2012 61 routine severe head injury patients with surgical treatment of the data were retrospectively studied in this paper.The operation comprehensive therapy treatments for severe head injury specific method,analyzes the treatment effect.Results The operation to bone disc decompression,removal of intracranial hematomas arts,a tracheotomy.The postoperative clinical cure 35 patients,57.4%;Disability in 14 cases,22.9%.Plant state 4 cases,6.7%;Ill 8 cases,accounting for 13.1%.Conclusion Clinical of severe head injury patients for,after surgery to comprehensive treatment can obtain satisfactory curative effect,can improve the prognosis of patients with quality of life,it is worth in the clinical application.
