摘要
基于公共图书馆青少年阅览室中人、书、环境三者的关系,从关注青少年读者、促进藏书的有效利用、提高馆员的职业素养以及优化阅览室的阅读环境这四个方面,探讨了在当前免费开放服务的新形势下,构筑和谐公共图书馆青少年阅览室"文化生态圈"的问题。
Based on the relationship among people,book and environment in teenagers＇reading room of public library,and from four aspects of paying attention to teenagers,promoting effective utilization of books,improving librarian＇s professional quality,and optimizing the reading environment in teenagers＇reading room,this paper probes into the problem of the construction of harmonious cultural ecosystem for teenagers＇reading room in public library under the new situation of the free opening.
