摘要 目的:探讨高压氧治疗新生儿脑病后遗症的临床效果及注意事项。方法:选取本院自2008年5月-2012年8月收诊的患有脑病后遗症的100例新生儿为研究对象,随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组50例给予常规治疗,治疗组50例在此基础上给予高压氧治疗,1个月为1个疗程,2个疗程后,以临床治疗总有效率和NBNA评分为观察指标,对比分析两组的治疗效果。结果:治疗组临床治疗总有效率和NBNA评分均明显高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:高压氧可明显减轻新生儿脑病后遗症,效果显著,值得在临床上大力推广使用。 Objective: To investigate the clinical effects of The clinical effect of hyperbaric oxygen therapy in treat of 50 patients with neonatal encephalopathy sequelae precautions. Method: 100 cases of neonatal patients with encephalopathy sequelae since 2010 from May to August 2012 in our hospital were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, the control group of 50 patients were given conventional treatment, on this basis, the treatment group of 50 patients were given hyperbaric oxygen therapy, a month for a course of treatment,using the total effective rate and NBNA score as observation index to comparative the effect of two groups after 2 month. Result: Clinical treatment total efficiency and NBNA scores in the treatment group were significantly higher than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion: Hyperbaric oxygen can significantly reduce neonatal encephalopathy sequelae, the effect is significant, it is worth to vigorously promote the use of clinical.
