PKP治疗老年骨质疏松椎体压缩性骨折的临床观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨经皮椎体后凸成形术(percutaneous kyphoplasty,PKP)治疗老年骨质疏松椎体压缩性骨折患者的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析2010年1月-2012年1月在笔者所在科住院,采用PKP治疗的老年骨质疏松椎体压缩性骨折患者30例的临床资料。随访8~15个月,平均14.5个月。结果:术后腰背部疼痛消失22例,明显减轻7例,骨水泥渗漏1例。影像学检查均未见椎管内占位,后凸畸形明显改善。术后伤椎前柱平均高度较术前明显提高(P〈0.05)。Cobb氏角恢复至正常水平,与术前比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。术后疼痛消失或缓解,VAS评分与术前比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:PKP治疗老年骨质疏松椎体压缩性骨折效果显著,安全可靠,值得推广。
