PCOS患者血清瘦素水平变化及相关因素分析

摘要 目的研究瘦素和生殖激素水平在多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)发病过程中的作用及相关性。方法采用酶联免疫吸附试验法检测瘦素水平,化学发光法检测生殖激素水平,并分析它们之间的相关性。结果多囊卵巢综合征组的瘦素、黄体生成激素、黄体生成激素与卵泡刺激素的比值和睾酮水平高于对照组(t值分别为5.40、7.19、6.93、3.70,均P〈0.05),且瘦素与黄体生成素、黄体生成素与卵泡刺激素比值、睾酮呈正相关(r值分别为0.571、0.462、0.653,均P〈0.05)。结论瘦素与生殖激素可能在多囊卵巢综合征的发生发展中起到重要作用,且有一定的相关性。 Objective To investigate the function and relevance of the level of serum leptin (LP) and reproductive hormone in patients with polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS). Methods The level of serum LP was tested by enzyme linked immunoabsorbent assay (ELISA) and the level of reproductive hormone was tested by chemical luminescence method. The correlation between them was analyzed. Results The level of LP, luteinizing hormone (LH), LH/follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) and testosterone (T) in PCOS group were higher than those in control group (t value was 5.40, 7.19, 6.93 and 3.70, respectively, all P 〈 0.05 ). The level of LP was positively correlated with LH, LH/FSH and T in PCOS patients(r value was0. 571,0. 462 and 0. 653, respectively, all P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion LP level and reproductive hormone may play an important role in happening and development of PCOS, and they are correlated with each other.
