MBL与幼儿呼吸道感染疾病的相关性研究

摘要 目的探讨甘露聚糖结合凝集素(MBL)基因多态性与3种呼吸道感染疾病的相关性。方法采用聚合酶链反应、DNA序列测定法分析MBL基因第1外显子的52、54、57位密码子的多态性。结果GTC等位基因频率约为0.16,未见52和57位密码子的点突变;反复呼吸道感染组的MBL第54位密码子GTC等位基因频率较健康对照组增高,差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.06,P〈0.05)。GTC等位基因频率与反复呼吸道感染正关联(OR=2.19,95%CI:1.03-4.65,P〈0.05)。结论MBL第54位密码子存在基因多态性;反复呼吸道感染组GTC等位基因频率增高;GTC等位基因与婴幼儿反复呼吸道感染的易感性相关。 Objective To explore the correlation between genetic polymorphism of mannose-binding lectin (MBL) and three respiratory tract infections of children. Methods The genotypes of MBL gene codon 52, 54 and 57 were detected by polymerase chain reaction and DNA sequencing method. Results The allele frequency of GTC mutation was 0.16, and no MBL gene codon 52 or 57 mutation case had been found. The allele frequency of GTC of MBL gene codon 54 in recuurent respiratory system infection group was higher than that of control group, and the difference was significant (χ2 = 6.06, P 〈 0.05 ). There was positive correlation between aUele frequency of GTC gene and recurrent respiratory tract infections (OR = 2.19,95% CI: 1.03-4.65 ,P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion There is polymorphism in MBL gene codon 54. The allele frequency of GTC in recuurent respiratory system infection group increases, and GTC is associated with the susceptibility of children recurrent respiratory tract infections.
