摘要
采用过氯乙烯灌注法对50例新鲜小儿尸体肠系模上、下动脉所形成的结肠边缘动脉，进行了观察和测量．结果表明，结肠边缘动脉的组成、分布及吻合位置不完全相同．不同部住吻合处的血管外径有显著差异（P＜0．01）．通过对边缘动脉的组成、分支和吻合情况的观测，为临床提供解剖学基础．
Colic marginal artery formed by superior mesenteric artery and inferior mesenteric artery was observed and studied by pouring perchlorovingl resin into the artery. The results show that the formation, the distribution and the coinciding sites of colic marginal artery are not completely identical. There is obvious difference in the outer diameter of blood vessels in different coinciding sites (P<0.01). Through the observation and surver of the colic marginal artery formation, branches, distribution and coincidence, we can provide the basic knowledge for clinical treatment.
