摘要
目的探讨伽玛刀治疗原发性三叉神经痛的疗效。方法用伽玛刀治疗原发性三叉神经痛２０例，选择靶点为三叉神经根，靶点中心剂量为７０～９０Ｇｙ。结果随访２～１９个月（平均８．３个月），疼痛完全消失１３例（６５％），疼痛基本消失４例（２０％），疼痛缓解＞５０％者２例（１０％），无效１例，总有效率９５％。治疗最佳剂量为７５～９０Ｇｙ。结论伽玛刀治疗原发性三叉神经痛效果显著、安全，且能保留面部感觉，是一种理想的治疗方法。
Objective To evaluate the effects of gamma knife on treating primary trigeminal neuralgia. Meth ods Twenty cases of primary trigeminal neuralgia were treated with gamma knife, the chosen target was the root of trigeminal nerve and the target central dose was 70-90Gy. Results Twenty patients were followed up for 2 to 19 months with mean term of 8. 3 months. The neuralgia completely disappeared in 13 cases(65%), the pain basically disappeared in 4 cases (20%), more than 50% pain relief occurred in 2 cases (10%), and in 1 patient (5% ) the neuralgia was unchanged. Conclusion Treatment of primary trigeminal neuralgia with gamma knife is effective and safe methods.
