摘要
企业党务工作在企业的管理决策方面发挥着至关重要的作用,近年来,企业开展党建工作,取得了一定成效,也存在一些不足。因此,我们要认真分析企业开展党务工作的现状,找出存在的问题,采取有力措施来保障党建工作的有效实施,巩固和扩大党的执政基础和群众基础。
