摘要
合成甲醇产生的释放气中含有大量的氢气,氢气既是合成氨所需,更是甲醇生产所必需的气体组分。通过设置膜分离和变压吸附的串联工艺流程将甲醇生产产生的弛放气中的氢气提纯以重复使用,达到增产甲醇,生产液氨双赢的目的。
The gas from the synthesis of methanol contained large amounts of hydrogen, and hydrogen was required by the synthesis of ammonia, which was the necessary component for the production of methanol gas. By setting the mem-brane separation and PSA process for methanol production series would purge gas in hydrogen purification with repeated use, to increase methanol production of ammonia and reach the aim of a win-win object.
