摘要
分析经济特区"一市两法"对深圳经济社会发展的不利影响及扩大特区立法实施范围的必要性,论述在经济特区特殊的税收优惠政策取消后,充分利用特区立法权进行体制创新的极端重要性,用好立法权将对深圳未来的发展产生重要影响。
The paper analyzed the unfavorable effects of two legal systems for Shenzhen, and the necessity of expanding the scope of legislation in Shenzhen. It is pointed out that after the preferential tax policies was abolished in Shenzhen, it is of great significance to make system innovation through legislative power to facilitate the development of Shenzhen.
