某偏心轴承结构复杂,由外圈、两个偏心套、内圈和六列滚子组成,给轴承装配带来了很大的困难,通过以下辅具的设计解决了偏心轴承装配难题,使偏心轴承装配后的各项性能指标均满足产品要求。
A certain eccentric bearing consists of outer ring,two eccentric rings,inner ring and six row rollers.The complicated structure of it makes assembling difficult.The problems of eccentric bearing assembly are solved by the following design of auxiliary tool and all performances and parameters of the bearing reach the requirements after assembling.
