摘要 针对海上目标雷达自动识别存在方法单一技术受限、识别率不高,难以满足作战应用要求等问题,提出人工判别技术与先进的人工智能技术相结合的方法。通过剖析雷达回波显像特征,提炼人工判别海上目标的知识和经验,综合基于知识的模式识别技术、图像处理技术、自动分类识别技术,构建海上目标雷达回波图像自动识别系统。结果表明,该方法能较大幅度地提高海上雷达目标识别率和作战效率。 There are several problems in sea target radar echo identify automation, such as single means, limited technique, low identify rate. It is difficult to content the need of battle. Combines the manual identify and artificial intelligence technique, which can raise the rate of sea target radar echo identify automatic. Analyses the image character of radar echo, abstracts the knowledge and experience of manual identify, synthesizes the technique of pattern identify, image dispose and auto classify identify, and constructs the system of sea target radar echo image identify automatic. Result shows that the system improves the battle efficiency and target identify rate.
