摘要
论文通过研究"双肩挑"管理模式存在于我国高校中的历史过程和高校"双肩挑"模式的由来及现状,指出"双肩挑"管理模式随着社会和经济的发展日益显露的矛盾及问题,分析了高校"双肩挑"模式的利与弊。本着尊重历史和循序渐进的原则,提出了针对解决高校"双肩挑"模式问题的途径,以促进最终实现高校管理的健康、快速发展。
This paper studies ＂cadres shouldering double duty＂ mode of the existence of College historical process, and higher learning institutions＇ ＂cadres shouldering double duty＂ mode of origin and the status. It points out ＂cadres shouldering double duty＂ mode＇s contradictions and problems with the social and economic development, and analysis the pros and cons of the mode of ＂cadres shouldering double duty＂ in higher learning institutions. It proposes ways to address the problems of the universities＇ mode of ＂cadres shouldering double duty＂ with the spirit of respect for history and the principle of gradual and orderly progress, to promote and ultimately the health of the university management, and rapid development.
