摘要
本文试以南京邮电大学高层次人力资源管理为研究案例,介绍了SCI(科学引文索引),探讨了SCI定量分析在高校高层次人力资源管理中人才引进、人才考核评价等方面所起的积极作用。
With the top-talent human resource management of Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications as a case, this paper attempts to introduce SCI (Science Citation Index), and discuss the positive role of SCI quantitative analysis in talents introduction and top-talent human resources management, personnel appraisal etc.
