摘要
本研究以常温干燥保存一年和六年的陈年苎麻原麻为材料,采用改进的CTAB法,对苎麻原麻DNA进行了提取。琼脂糖凝胶电泳结果表明,得到的DNA大小在20kb以上,2010年原麻提取DNA的条带明显比2005年原麻的清晰;PCR扩增实验证明用此方法提取的DNA可直接用于PCR检测。
The genomic DNA of the aged ramie raw fiber was extracted by the improved CTAB method. The results of agarose gel electrophoresis showed that the fragments of DNA samples were over 20 kb, the PCR results proved that the extracted DNA could be used directly for PCR detecting.
