摘要
文化自觉是国民幸福的必要条件,幸福需要物质基础、制度保障、社会和生态条件,但如果没有文化自觉,幸福就失去了精神支撑,就无法认识幸福,无法感受幸福,无法确认幸福,甚至无法定义幸福。幸福角度的文化自觉,就是对幸福的经济、政治、社会、文化、生态基础的正确认识。
Cultural consciousness is the precondition to achieving national happiness. Happiness is built upon solid material foundation, secured social system, and optimized ecological environment; however, without cultural consciousness, happiness will lose its spiritual support, so that it will not be perceived, felt, acknowledged, or even defined. Cultural consciousness in light of happiness means the correct understanding of the economic, political, social, cultural, and ecological foundations for the achievement of happiness.
