摘要
鉴于目前井下油水分离技术尚存不足,将井下油水分离技术与地面驱动螺杆泵采油技术相结合,设计出一套轴向力平衡式螺杆泵井下油水分离系统。介绍了系统的总体结构及工作原理,提出了轴向力平衡式螺杆泵的设计方法,给出了螺杆泵基本参数及油水分离装置结构参数的确定方法。以某油区的生产数据为例,对系统主要装置结构参数和工作参数进行了分析与计算。试制的油水分离装置室内试验结果表明,样机能够满足井下油水分离性能要求。
Combining the downhole oil-water separation technology with the ground drive screw pump production technology, a downhole oil-water separation system for axial force balance screw pump was designed. The overall structure and operating principle of the system were introduced. The design method for the pump was proposed. The method to determine the basic parameters of the pump as well as the structural parameters of the oil-water separator was also given-Based on the production data of some oil production area, the main structural and operating parame- ters of the system were analyzed and calculated. The laboratory test findings of the trial-produced oil-water separator show that the prototype can satisfy the requirement of downhole oil-water separation.
