摘要 目的 证实抗白念珠菌保护性抗体存在 ,为保护机制以及保护性工程抗体的研究打下基础。方法 在实验动物模型中观察单抗影响白念珠菌感染动物存活时间、感染动物重要脏器的组织病理变化、相应组织中白念珠菌cfu等。结果 1B5、3E8这 2株单抗能显著延长致死量白念珠菌感染小鼠存活时间 ,减少感染小鼠主要脏器组织中白念珠菌cfu ,减轻相应组织的病理损害。结论  1B5和 Objective To confirm the existence of the protective antibody against candida albicans in systemic candidiasis. Methods Three strains of the monoclonal antibody (McAb) on the surface of cell wall of Candida albicans were generated. Results In the protective McAb screening experiment, it was found that McAb 1B5 and McAb 3E8 can prolong survival time, lower candida albicans' colony form unit (cfu) in the kidneys, liver and brain of mice infected with candida albicans and diminish the histopathologic lesions of experimental mice. Conclusions The two McAbs 1B5, 3E8 are the protective monoclonal antibody against antigens on the cell wall surface of candida albicans.
