摘要
针对环氧氯丙烷废水含盐量高、难降解等特点,采用蒸发-Fenton试剂氧化法联合对环氧氯丙烷废水进行处理,考察了pH值、H2O2投加量、Fe2+投加量、反应时间、反应温度等因素对CODCr去除率的影响。结果表明,当pH值为3.0、H2O2浓度为2.50 g/L、Fe2+浓度为1.84 g/L、反应时间为60 min、反应温度为60℃时,废水CODCr去除率可达90.4%。
According to the characteristics of epichlorohydrin (ECH) wastewater, such as high salt content, re- fractory and so on, a method combining evaporation and Fenton reagent oxidation was adopted to carry out the treatment of ECH wastewater. The effects of pH value, H2O2 dosage, Fe2+ dosage, reaction time and temperature on the removal rate of COD_cr were investigated. The results showed that the removal rate of CODe, could reach 90.4% under the conditions of pH value was 3, dosage of H2O2 was 2.50 g/L, dosage of Fe2. was 1.84 g/L, reaction time was 60 min and reaction temperature was 60 ℃.
