固化剂对纳米复合环氧富锌涂层耐腐蚀性的影响 被引量:1

Influence of Curing Agents on Anti-corrosion Properties of Nanocomposite Zinc-rich Coatings

摘要 制备四种固化剂固化的纳米复合环氧富锌涂层,采用盐雾试验、浸泡试验和电化学阻抗谱等手段、研究了涂层的耐蚀性。结果表明,酚醛胺固化剂固化的纳米复合环氧富锌涂层的耐腐蚀性能最好,其原因是酚醛胺固化剂中的苯环结构提高了涂层抗化学介质的能力。 Nanocomposite zinc-rich epoxy coatings with four kinds of curing agents for transmissionline steel structure were prepared. The corrosion resistance of the coatings was investigated by using salt spray tests, immersion tests and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. Results show that a coating with a curing agent, phenolic amine, exhibited optimal corrosion resistance. Because this curing agent has structure of benzene rings, the coating showed excellent resistance to chemical media.
