摘要
目的 :以黄柏中小檗碱含量为指标 ,考察了粉碎度、提取次数、提取时间、溶媒量对黄柏提取工艺的影响。方法 :采用均匀设计试验方法。结果 :黄柏药材切成长 5cm的丝 ,提取 2 0min ,加水 8倍量提取 4次。结论
Objective:To study the effects of comminution degree, extraction times, extraction time and solvent amount on the extraction process for cortex phellodendri. Methods: The uniform design method was used. Results: Cortex Phellodendri was cut up into 5cm long, and extracted with 8 times amount of water for 4 times, 20 min. each time. Conclusion: This extraction condition is the optimum one for cortex Phellodendri.
