摘要
采用普通模锻试验方法,研究了TC18高强度β锻造钛合金工艺参数与显微组织和力学性能之间的定量关系。结果表明:可以用一个新参数ζ(β锻造综合参数)来表征以上加热温度与相变点温差T和单相区保温时间t对合金力学性能的综合影响;当取ζ=T+0.1t时,合金的断面收缩率φ、冲击韧度a_(KU)ζ上升而线性下降;断裂韧度K_(IC)、疲劳极限σ_(D)与ζ之间具有峰值关系;ζ与合金β晶粒平均直径D线性相关。
The TC18 titanium alloy was deformed by conventional die forging, lne relatlonsmp among p forging parameters, microstructure and mechanical properties of high strength titanium was been studied. The results show that the heating temperature above T(T) and holding time in zone(t) could be simplified as a new parameter forging integrate parameter) . While the value of d? (reduction of area) and impact toughness aKu descended linearly with the increase of fracture toughness Kc and fatigue limit aDhad a peak relations with and average grain diameter D had a linear correlation.
