摘要糖尿病（DM）周围神经病变（DPN）是DM最常见的慢性并发症之一，发病率达50％-80％。调查表明，DPN在1型和2型DM中均有很高的发病率，且男女发病率相近，并认为血糖的控制情况与DPN的发病率有直接的相关性，病程越长，DPN的发病率就越高。
