摘要
多数矿山企业把"以人为本"作为企业人力资源的重要发展战略方向,通过分析矿山企业的现状和存在的问题,提出了人力资源管理促进企业战略目标实现的几点建议。
Many enterprises have the "people-oriented" principle as the human resources in its development of important strategic direction.The author,through the analysis of the present situation and the existing problems,puts forward some suggestions in the human resources management to promote strategic target realization.
