摘要
大型工业企业在我国社会和经济中起着十分重要的作用,同时也是我国能耗大户。大型工业企业电网的智能配用电集成技术已纳入我国智能电网重大科技产业化工程"十二五"专项规划。根据大型工业企业电网的特点,围绕提高供电质量和可靠性、节能降耗及生产过程协调等提出了大型工业企业智能电网构建的目标、框架,探索了智能关键设备和智能决策支持系统的构成,并以武汉钢铁(集团)公司电网为例提出典型示范应用构想。
Large-scale industrial enterprises consume huge power energy and play an important role in our society and economics. Its smart integrated technology for distribution and consumption power system has been brought into the 12th Five -Year Plan of smart grid key industrialization project of China. According to the characteristics of power grid in large-scale industrial enterprises, the target and framework of smart gird of large-scale industrial enterprise are proposed with consideration of power reliability, power quality, energy saving and the coordination of production process. The composition of inteltigent key devices and smart decision support system is also discussed. A concept about a demonstra- tive project based on Wuhan Iron and Steel (Group) Corp. is put forward.
