摘要 为更深入研究轴流泵并了解其流道内流场特性,结合南水北调东线工程某泵站模型能量试验数据,采用计算流体动力学软件Fluent,在多重参考系坐标下,运用基于壁面律的RNGκ-ε的湍流模型对模型泵进行数值模拟。计算采用交错网格的有限体积法求解三维不可压Navier-Stokes方程,进口压力值选为0。通过计算预测了泵的水力性能,并与模型试验结果进行了比较,结果显示设计工况下数值预测与试验数据值吻合较好,非设计工况下偏差较大。 For further researching on axial flow pump and attaining the property of internal flow field, combined with a model pump data in South-North water transfer east project, the model pump are numerically simulated by using CFD software Fluent and RNG k-e turbulence model based on the wall-function law under the multiple reference system coordi- nate. The incompressible N-S equations are solved by the finite volume method with a staggered grid and 0 pressure is chosen as the inlet condition. The hydraulic performance of pump is predicted with calculation. Compared with the model test data, the results show that a good agreement is achieved at the designed operating condition while the large deviations exist at the off-design operating condition.
