摘要
采用熔融共混法制备聚乳酸/纳米银负载二氧化硅(PLA/Ag-SiO2)共混物,利用动态流变仪研究共混物的流变行为。结果表明:PLA及其共混物体系为假塑性流体,表现出剪切变稀行为。Ag-SiO2粒子的加入提高了PLA/Ag-SiO2共混物体系的储能模量、损耗模量和复数黏度。lgG'-lgω曲线表明:低频区域黏弹函数对共混物体系的结构变化具有敏感响应,而lgG'-lgG″、Cole-Cole曲线则表明共混物体系中Ag-SiO2粒子分散不均匀,可能出现团聚。
Poly( lactic acid) (PLA)/nanosilver-loaded silica ( Ag-SiO2 ) blends were prepared by melt compounding. The rheological behaviors of PLA and its blends were investigated using dynamic rheometer. The experimental results showed that PLA and its blends were pseudoplastic fluid and exhibited shear thinning behavior. The storage modulus,loss modulus and the complex viscosity of the blends were increased with the addition of Ag-SiO2. The curve of lgG'-lgto revealed the sensitivity of the viscoelastic-function to the structural change of blends in the case of low frequency,and the curves of lgG'-lgG" and Cole- Cole indicated that the nonuniform dispersion occored to Ag-SiO2 ,which maybe aggregated.
