摘要
以河南、贵州、云南、广东与津巴布韦的C3F烤烟叶为材料,采用同时蒸馏萃取和气质联用法对国内不同香气风格烤烟与津巴布韦烤烟烟叶中挥发性香气物质进行了定性、半定量比较分析。结果表明:津巴布韦烤烟中香气物质总含量最高(新植二烯含量除外),贵州最低,约为津巴布韦烤烟含量的49.99%;6种香气物质含量明显高于国内烟叶,如2-乙酰基吡咯、香叶基丙酮等。广东烟区新植二烯、β-大马酮等质体色素降解产物含量最高;河南浓香风格烤烟中茄酮、苯乙醇、苯乙醛等西柏烷类降解产物和美拉德反应产物含量最高。
C3F flue-cured tobaccos come from Guangdong, Guizhou, Yunnan, Henan and Zimbabwe were used for this study. The qualitative and semiquantitative comparition in volatile aroma components in various flavor styles of domestic flue-cured tobacco and Zimbabwe's were studied by simultaneous distillation and extraction (SDAE) and GC-MS. The results indicated that the total aroma components(except neophy tadiene ) of Zimbabwe were the highest, while the Guizhou were the lowest, accounting for approximately 49.99 % of Zimbabwe. There were six kinds of aroma components of Zimbabwe obviously higher than native's, such as 2-acepyrrol, geranyl acetone, etc. Guangdong flue-cured tobacoo showed the highest contents of chromoplast pigment's degrading products, such as neophy tadiene,β-damascone and so on, while the style of enriched flavor of Henan showed the highest contents of eembranolds' degrading products and Maillard reaction products, such as Solanone, phenyl ethyl alcohol, Phenyl acetaldehyde, etc.
