摘要
农村文化建设不仅是农村两型社会建设不可或缺的内容,更是农村两型社会建设的先导工程。在两型社会建设背景下加强农村文化建设,不仅可以为两型社会建设营造良好的氛围,而且还可以为农村两型社会建设提供重要的精神支撑和经济支撑。
The rural cultural construction is an indispensable content of the construction of resource-saving and environment-friendly society in countryside,and a pilot project of the rural two-oriented society construction.Strengthening cultural construction in rural areas in the context of two-oriented society construction can not only create a good atmosphere for the resource-saving and environment-friendly society construction,but also provide spiritual and economic supports for the two-oriented society construction in rural districts.
