摘要
为使重载货车一系悬挂定位刚度满足铁路货运的发展要求,用Marc重点分析八字形轴箱橡胶垫结构参数的改变对其刚度的影响.根据现有线路动力学试验和理论仿真对一系悬挂定位刚度的要求,优化轴箱橡胶垫的结构参数,并分析其应力分布情况.计算结果较好地符合预期效果,有利于改进车辆动力学性能,提高使用寿命.
To make the positioning stiffness of primary suspension of heavy haul freight car meet the development requirements of railway freight transportation, the effect of changes of the structure parameters of splayed axle-box rubber pad on its stiffness is analyzed by Marc. According to the requirements of the existing line kinetics tests and the theoretical simulation for positioning stiffness of primary suspension, the structure parameters of axle-box rubber pad are optimized and the stress distribution is analyzed. The calculation results achieve the expected effect, which can improve dynamics performance and service life of vehicles.
