摘要 为了解决高炉煤气锅炉的大型化,从高炉煤气锅炉的燃烧特性、传热机制及高参数高炉煤气锅炉设计难点等方面分析,在1台260t/h高温高压高炉煤气锅炉尾部上成功应用了蒸发器、螺纹烟管空预器、及冷凝水加热器,达到了降耗节能的效果。 The combustion characteristic and heat-transfer mechanism of the blast furnace gas are analyzed in the article, as well as the difficulty in designing high-parameter blast furnace gas boiler, to resolve the problems in boiler upsizing. Evaporator, threaded-tube air-prebeater and condensate heater are successfully applied in a 260 t/h high-temperature & high-pressure blast fitrnace gas boiler to reduce the power consumption.
