摘要
为了实现RFID功耗低、体积小的目标,提出一种射频前端接收系统放大器失配受限的分配方法。该方法综合利用史密斯圆图和复平面上的稳定性圆、增益圆、噪声系数圆,通过调整匹配网络,达到驻波比、噪声系数和增益的最优分配结果,且放大器处于绝对稳定状态。基于RFID,在2.4GHz下进行仿真。结果显示,通过作图分析和函数分析,能有效分配性能指标,为RFID在低复杂度下改善放大器的性能提出了一种新的途径。
An allocation method for mismatch constraints of amplifier in RF front end was proposed to achieve low power and small size RFID. In this method, Smith chart, stability circle, gain circle and noise figure circle on complex plane were used, and by adjusting matching networks, optimal allocation of VSWR, noise figure and power gain were obtained, while the amplifier was unconditionally stable. Based on RFID, the amplifier was simulated at 2.4 GHz. Results showed that parameters of the amplifier could be effectively allocated by chart analysis and function analysis, which provides a new approach to improving performance of the amplifier with low complexity for RFID.
