摘要
药品采购是医院药剂工作重点,如何使采购工作规范化、透明化也是药剂工作者一直探讨的课题。自1995年以来,我院在药品采购中实行定期公开招标的方式,取得一些经验。现将具体做法介绍如下。1 实行药品招标1.1 制定药品招标管理办法“办法”包括:总则、管理机构与职责、采购计划、药品招标、合同管理、资金管理、附则等部分。
Inviting tenders for drugs is a new matter in hospital, and being also a disputed problem. Here, the effect of inviting tendens for drug purchase was introduced. We consider that it is feasible to invite tenders for drug purchase under the effective suppervision and administration.
