Hospitals must create shared values with society when they efficiently operate the organization. It is essential in demonstrating social responsibility. During make out their developing strategies, public hospitals need to integrate social responsibility, reflecting the concern and commitment to social responsibility in every aspect of the value chain. Ability to undertake such responsibilities is crucial in obtaining social resources and investment. Ulti- mately, the goal is to achieve sustainable and integrated development between hospitals and the society.
