摘要
在飞机液压系统试验中不但要完成流体特性参数的测量,还要完成机械运动参数的测量,如何对这些种类繁杂、数量多、分散的信号进行测量,研究和开发混合总线的分布式测试系统就成为最佳选择,在测试软件设计开发中,采用面向对象框架的软件方法,开发具有良好复用性、扩展性和维护性的软件组件模块,减少了软件开发的工作量,提高了软件开发效率,通过实际应用表明,混合总线测试系统在试验中的实际应用,提高了测试效率,缩短了试验周期。
It is not only need to measure hydraulic parameter, but also need to measure mechanical parameter in aircraft hydraulic system simulation test. It is a best option to research and develope distributed test and measurement system based on hybrid bus for aircraft hydraulic system simulation test, in order to collect multi--channel and multi--type signals separated in differently position. It is presented that soft- ware framework development approach to improve the software development efficiency and to reduce software development workload. This method can greatly reduce the effort required for all kinds of software component development and achieve higher productivity, better reusability, extend ability and maintainability. The application of the system not only improved efficiency for measurement, but also shorted the period of test.
