摘要
采用乳浊液进样技术建立了用火焰原子发射光谱法测定润滑脂中的锂和钙的方法。测定结果与灰化 -火焰原子发射光谱法一致 ,相对误差小于± 4 .7% ,锂和钙的检出限分别为 0 .0 3 3 mg/L,0 .0 0 5mg/L。方法已应用于实际样品分析。
The emulsion sampling technique was applied to flame atomic emission spectrometry and an analytical method for the rapid determination of lithium and calcium in lubricating greases was developed.Choices of solvent for sample, emulsifier and blank solution as well as,chemical interference were studied.The samples were dissolve in a mixed solvent of benzene,methyl isobutyl ketone and glacial acetic acid and concentrated nitric acid,then emulsified with mixed emulsifier of Tween 20 and dibutyl phthalate.Test solutions prepared by adding proper amounts of agar solution and paraffin chloride emulsion in appropriate amount of the sample emulsion were injected into air acetylene flame.Working curve method was used to determine with the blank solution of paraffin chloride as reference.The determination results were compared with those obtained by ashing method flame atomic emission spectrometry.The relative errors between the two methods are less than ±4 7 % .The detection limits are 0.033 mg/L for lithium and 0.005 mg/L for calcium.
