旋流器对环锭纺不同线密度纱线性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 为降低纱线的成纱毛羽,提高纱线质量,选择合适尺寸的旋流器,采用安装在传统环锭细纱机的旋流器加工不同线密度的纱线,探讨旋流喷嘴内部高速旋转气流对纱线加捻成形的影响。结果表明,旋流器的使用能够有效地减少纱线毛羽,但在优化纱线强力、条干不匀率等方面作用不明显,且对不同线密度纱线质量的改善程度存在一定的差异。采用纱道为2 mm,气道为1.4 mm的旋流器加工的不同线密度纱线的质量都有一定程度提高,线密度为10 tex的纱线其毛羽(3 mm以上)、断裂强度和条干不匀率的改善均优于其他4种纱线。 For choosing the right size of cyclone to reduce hairiness and improve yarn quality,the cyclone installed on the conventional ring spinning frame was used to process yarns with different linear densities,and the effect of the high speed rotating airflow inside the cyclone jet on the twisting of yarns was investigated.The results indicated that although the use of cyclone can effectively reduce yarn hairiness,the improvement of yarn breaking strength and unevenness is not observable.In addition,the improvement of yarn quality varies with the linear density of yarns.If a cyclone with the yarn trajectory of 2 mm and air trajectory of 1.4 mm is used,the quality of processed yarns shows improved regardless of the linear density.The yarn with linear density of 10 tex and hairiness(3 mm) exhibits better breaking strength and unevenness than the other four kinds of yarns.
