摘要
近年来,各类社会矛盾导致的信访问题大量涌现,给社会稳定和谐带来越来越大的冲击。其中,涉法涉诉信访案件的出现,使整个信访秩序进一步复杂化,不但影响了司法权威,也影响了社会的安宁。只有不断强化整个社会的法治建设,增强社会依法办事能力和水平,引导公民理性维权,才能逐步消除不依法维权的各类不和谐社会现象。为此,笔者从涉法涉诉信访案件的成因、现状等方面进行了分析,进而提出了妥善处理涉法涉诉信访案件的几点设想。
In recent years,various kinds of social contradictions and problems caused by the emergence of a large number of social stability and harmony,to bring more and more impact.Among them,law and litigation-related cases arise,so that the order of letters and visits further complicated,not only influence the judicial authority,also influence the social peace.We should constantly strengthen the social construction of the rule of law,enhance the whole society according to the law of ability and level,guide citizens to rational rights,gradually eliminating to adults of various types of phenomenon of a harmonious society.
