摘要
分布式电源(Distributed Generation,DG)接入配电网后,改变了配电网单端电源供电的网络结构,对原有保护带来很大影响。从分布式电源改变配电网潮流方向、影响短路电流、影响重合闸三个方面进行了详细分析。对含DG的配电网的保护方法,如减少DG对配电网影响、采用其他原理保护和依靠通信网络利用多点信息判断等方法进行研究。提出多代理保护方案,并详细介绍了设计框架、需要考虑的问题、设计评价标准。所提解决措施针对含DG的配电网的保护,通过将基础保护和基于通信机制的多点信息保护的结合,可以克服保护在局部信息不全后原理的缺陷,同时保证保护的可靠性。
The access of distributed generations adds new sources to distribution network, which changes the grid structure and greatly affects the original protection. This paper analyzes the change of power flow direction, and the influence on short-circuit current and re-closing, which are caused by distributed sources. It also analyzes some solutions, such as reducing the impact of DG on distribution network, using protection of other principles, using multi-point information to determine with the help of communication network. The cooperative protection system with multi-agent is proposed. The paper also details the system structure, key points and the rules followed to evaluate the system performance. Solutions are proposed particularly for the protection of distribution network with DG. Traditional protection and the multi-point information protection based on communication are combined together, which not only overcomes defects of the incomplete of local information, but also guarantees the reliability of protection.
