摘要
提出一种测定痕量Cr(Ⅲ)新的抑制-催化动力学光度法。该法基于溴化十六烷基三甲铵(CTMAB)对于结晶紫在碱性介质中褪色反应的催化作用和Cr(Ⅲ)对此催化褪色反应的抑制效应。研究确定了该褪色反应的最适条件和动力学参数。在所选条件下,590nm处的表观摩尔吸光系数为 1.89× 107 L·mol-1·cm-1。该法用于水样中 Cr(Ⅲ)的测定结果满意。对有关该褪色反应的催化和抑制机理亦进行了讨论。
A new inhibition-catalysis kinetic spectrophotometry for the determination of trace chromium (Ⅲ) was developed. The method is based on the inhibitory effect of Cr(Ⅲ) on the catalytic action of cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTMAB) in discoloration reaction of crystal violet in a basic medium. The optium conditions and the kinetic parameters for the discoloration discoloration were established. Under the selected conditions, the apparent molar absorption ho was 1. 89 x 107L' mol-1. cm-1. The method has been applied to the determination of Cr(Ⅲ) in the water with satisfactory results. The catalysis and inhibition mechanism about the discoloration reaction were also discussed.
