跨沪宁高速公路的轨道交通桥梁转体设计和施工 被引量:3

摘要 上海轨道交通11号线北段工程跨越沪宁高速公路昆山花桥段的大桥,是国内首条省际轨道交通的重要节点。该大桥采用三跨预应力混凝土变截面连续箱梁,跨径布置为(75.5+129.0+75.5)m。转体采用目前国内先进的钢球铰平转体系,与常规挂篮施工相比,此次大吨位桥梁转体成功,不仅缩短了工程工期,而且减轻了高速公路上空桥梁挂篮施工的各种安全风险,并创下了国内轨道交通转体桥的长度和重量之最。它为上海轨道交通11号线北段按时通车打下坚实基础,也为我国大吨位转体施工技术积累了宝贵经验。 Shanghai L11 north section crossing the bridge of Kunshan Huaqiao section of Huning Expressway,the key node is regarded as the first provincial rail transit in China.This bridge is adopting three-span prestressed concrete variable cross-section continuous box girder with the span layout of(75.5 + 129.0 + 75.5) m.Compared with regular cradle construction,rotating construction of this project is using domestic advanced steel spherical hinge flat turning system.This rotating success of the large tonnage bridge not only can shorten the project period but also can decrease different risk of bridge cradle constructions over expressways,which has created the first record on length and weight of rail transit rotating bridge in China.In a word,this successful construction has provided solid foundation for Shanghai L11 north section opening to traffic on time,and moreover it has gathered valuable experience on large tonnage rotating construction technology.
