喉罩和面罩供氧时患儿丙泊酚靶控输注半数有效量的临床观察

摘要 丙泊酚是一种非巴比妥类短效的静脉全麻药,连续给药蓄积少,可控性强,结合靶控输注(TCI)可以减少血流动力学波动及呼吸抑制等不良反应。本研究旨在探讨患儿短小手术中喉罩和面罩两种供氧方式下丙泊酚靶浓度的选择。
