摘要
近年来,国内外实验研究显示:蛇床子素对多种肿瘤具有显著性抑制活性。综述蛇床子素在动物体内、外抗肿瘤活性以及与抗肿瘤有关的其他活性的实验性文献进行了分析与探讨,旨在为深入研究蛇床子素抗肿瘤作用机制及其新制剂的开发提供参考。
Recently, empirical researches both domestically and abroad indicate that osthole has a broad anti-tumor spectrum activity. This paper deals with the advances of in vivo and in vitro antitumor activity of osthole and other related activity of anti-tumor via analysis and investigation of empirical research literatures, so as to provide reference and new ideas for deep researches.
