铁坑褐铁矿全磁流程试验研究

摘要 铁坑褐铁矿品位低,SiO2含量高,现生产采用磁选-浮选流程,其生产成本较高,回收率低。采用SLon高梯度强磁选机,对该矿进行粗磨抛尾-再磨再选的全磁流程试验,获得了品位53.16%、回收率64.91%和SiO2含量8.13%的铁精矿。 The Tiekeng limonite has a low iron grade and a high content of SiO2, and is currently processed with magnetic separation-flotation flowsheet, with a high operating cost and low iron recovery. There would be a high production cost and a low iron recovery when using magnetic separation-flotation process to separate this ore. A primary grinding and magnetic separation-fine grinding and reconcentration process was tested to process the limonite with SLon high gradient magnetic separator, and an iron concentrate assaying 53.16% with 64.91%recovery was achieved,at a low SiO2 content of 8.13%.
