摘要
死区时间会使逆变器输出电压电流基波分量减小、高次谐波分量增加,引发永磁同步电机系统转矩脉动。在考虑电力电子器件开、关时间及电力电子器件管压降的条件下,对单相输出电压的畸变进行分析,利用空间矢量的方法,求出了各相畸变电压的合成电压矢量,并根据所得到的输出电压畸变模型提出了在α、β轴电压补偿的补偿方法。最后使用英飞凌混合动力汽车驱动模块HybridPACKTM1及配套驱动评估板对该方法进行了实验。实验结果证明,该方法简单实用,不需要增加额外的硬件电路,补偿后电流的正弦性得到了有效的改善,电流钳位效应得到较好地抑制。
The inverter output voltage and current fundamental component were reduced by dead time, the harmonics was increased, and the torque ripple of permanent magnet synchronous motor system was caused. The analysis of the voltage distortion of the single-phase was discussed in consideration of turn-on, turn-off delay time and voltage drops of the power devices. The distorted voltage vector was derived using space vector method. A voltage compensation method in α and βaxes was presented. Experiments was done with Infineon IGBT HybridPACKTM1 , which demonstrated the validity of the proposed method. The experimental results show that this method is simple and practical in which the current sine is improved and the clamping effect is well reduced.
