摘要
在急危重症患者[如心肺复苏（CPR）后、中毒、外伤]，由于生命垂危、意识障碍，没有机会立即行头颅影像学检查，或头颅影像学检查暂无阳性发现，床边脑电图（cEEG）检查可为病因诊断、预后判断、病情变化监测提供帮助。现将床边脑电图在急危重症中的应用情况做一综述。
Due to disturbance of consciousness and the dying , the patients of acute and critically disease （such as cardiopuimonary resuscitation, poisoning, trauma）, have no chance to immediately head imaging , or no positive findings after head imaging studies, cEEG could help diagnosis cause of disease, prognosis, and changes in condition monitoring. We review application of continuous electroencephalogram in acute and critically disease.
