美国对非洲援助政策的效应评价被引量：2

摘要六十多年来，美国对撒哈拉以南非洲的援助政策不断调整，援助额大幅增加，援助方式也日益多样化。本文从美国对非援助政策演变及援非的效应两个方面对美国的援非政策进行综合评价。
