气动机械手系统由执行机构、检测传感器件、控制装置(PLC控制器等)、气源装置、其他辅助元件等组成。是一种仿人操作机构,具有结构简单、重量轻、动作迅速、平稳、可靠、可无极调速、节能和不污染环境等优点而被广泛应用,且种类繁多。气动机械手集合了机械知识、气动技术、自动控制技术,是教学的一种重要载体。通过气动机械手的系统学习,可培养学生掌握安装、调试能力,提高自动控制技术的能力。在培养学生动手实践能力上具有重要作用。
