摘要
筛选假设理论是人力资本理论的发展。人力资本理论是现代西方经济学的一个理论派别,也是西方教育经济学的理论基础。筛选假设理论认为教育的经济价值更多体现为信号与筛选的作用,教育是帮助雇主筛选求职人员的装置。文章从教育经济学的视角研究筛选假设理论,且基于筛选假设理论探析高文凭现象。
Screening hypothesis theory is the development of human capital theory. Human capital theory is one of theory groups of modern western economics, which is the theory basis of western educational economics. Screening hypothesis theory believes that the values of educational economics embody the effects of signal and screening, and education is the equipment which helps the employer selects the employee. The paper studies screening hypothesis theory from the point of view of educational economics, and analyzes high diploma phenomenon on the basis of screening hypothesis theory.
